And again a self portrait, taken at the Koblenz museum of fine art. The exhibition was called ‘the last freedom – from the pioneers of land art’ and was connected tot the Federal Horticultural Show that Koblenz hosted. It runs from April 15, 2010 to October 16, 2011 so it has another month to go. Neither the show nor the museum are worth going out of your way for, though – very little originality in both.

Picture is taken in a Walter de Maria work called Two Parallel Lines, 3,66 m apart in chalk which was done in Nevada in 1968. Land art is a friend to circles, lines and squares – all the  forms that are invented not found.
