Went to Amsterdam last Sunday to my first-ever trade show, aptly named showUp. It was hosted at the trendy Westergasfabriek, a former factory building or rather series of buildings turned hotspot. It was very nice to go and be trendy for once. And how did I dress for trendy? All in black, of course.

I went to see the stand manned by Rescue – they are presently master-minding production of my Tshirt-yarn-baskets – and the baskets were on show. Also the knitted  rug that used to be a blanket.  Evelien and Hans Peter, the owners of Rescued, were run off their feet – good for them. Evelien told me the baskets did well. Which is nice!
