Museum of Everyday Life

On the road north from NY we came across this charming little museum – the museum of everyday life near Greensboro, Vermont. A converted barn, great charm, interesting content. They had great blurb texts, too! Something not often encountered. The second image shows work by Arnaud Cottilion of Acorn Studios in Hudson, NY, who makes ‘mini’s’ from rocks gathered on walks. The rocs, once mounted on wheels, are surprisingly antrophomorph. The human mind identifies ‘human’ just about everywhere.
