This is a Banksy – rings a bell? It did for me! The ‘everything looks better in a circle’ text that someone left for me at Krugerstraat may have been inspired by this tongue-in-cheek grafitti that’s been printed on posters, t-shirts & the like. Check the Banksy site, he’s got a quirky sense of humor that I like.
